I have two opinion to explain this question ,First the estate is not in the position
to spend money . because the estate right now is in the red numbers. the same it’s
debt the fiscal year and California still does not have an approved budget and
another word the state don’t have money , I think who have to pay is the Michael
Jackson’s Family or friends maybe the fans to.

The Main Drink in my country.

The Main Drink in my country is not really only one I have different kinds of drinks the first is rice ,milk and cinnamon . In Mexico call Horchata drink and is very popular . we made all kinds the season fruits different drink before the people don't drinks sodas only natural drinks.

WHY I LIKE ESL PROGRAM.

ESL is a program used widely around the world .ESL is a learning program. English as a second language is very good, and helpful learning english as a new language has helped we achieve many goals, oppportunities
and advantages. For instance my goal when I first came to this country was to learn English.
The new jobs I got elected because of my abilities of speaking two languages compare to others also applying for the job.

In my opinion the budget in Los Angeles California is in very bad situation now and the people .Who recive money for the government like the old people, student and school now nobody know what happen .The teachers and all the person who works for the state of california.

I remember a lot fourth of July, I went to the beach with all my family, Everybody enjoy the day kids riding
their bikes at the beach an adult played volleyball and there . I prepared barbecue, hot dog, corn, salsa
guacamole. and for dessert .I had watermelon ,oranges, and peaches, and stayed there to saw the fireworks
in the night.
